This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom single-family home offers the perfect blend of comfort and luxury, with an open floor plan, two living room spaces, a fully stocked kitchen, and a stunning backyard complete with a pool, jacuzzi, and BBQ. Just minutes from the picturesque Anna Maria Island and downtown Bradenton, Sunshine Rays is the ideal spot for a memorable vacation. Property Details: Step into Sunshine Rays and be greeted by the bright and airy open floor plan, providing ample space for relaxation and enjoyment. The home features two living room areas, each with its own smart TV, one of which has a sleeper sofa and both providing direct access to the pool. Gather around the dining tables for family meals while taking in the serene views of the backyard pool and pond. The fully stocked kitchen is a chef’s delight, equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. The kitchen also has a pass-through window, making outdoor dining a breeze. Enjoy your meals at the kitchen island, the kitchen table, or the dining area. For those who need to work remotely, there is a convenient desk setup. The home features three beautifully appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a king bed, smart TV, pool access, walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate tub. The other two bedrooms are situated on the opposite side of the house for added privacy. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed, while Bedroom 3 has a twin-over-full bunk bed. Downtown Bradenton, with its historic charm, beautiful marina, and excellent dining and shopping options, is also just a short drive away.
