What a great escape! This 2 bedroom 2 bath town-home is fully furnished ready for your get away. Both bedrooms are located upstairs. Master Bedroom has a queen sized bed and a large walk in closet. Guest bedroom has two twin beds and a large closet. Living room has new furniture. The sliding doors open up the beautifully landscaped courtyard and fantastic swimming pool. Full Sized washer and dryer along with a work bench located inside the home. It's just a short drive to the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island. Step out the front door and enjoy watching dolphins and manatee frolicking in the canal that runs to Palma Sola Bay. Conveniently located by shopping, beaches, restaurants, and nature hikes at Robinson preserve. NO PETS, NO SMOKING, WIFI is included. 3 night minimum. Boat dock also available for your stay! Prices shown are based on 2 person occupancy. The screen door, mentioned in the previous review, is still broken, no working TV. The pool area would benefit from some attention as well. Not accommodating manager/owner. After we reserved, manager contacted us to verify that two adults and four kids are staying. However, when we got there, there were only four chairs at the table, that would be nice to add enough chairs for everybody to sit at the dinner together. We asked for beach umbrella because it was very sunny and hot, manager said she would look for it, but never got back to us about it. We still made best of it and enjoyed our stay. ##### Tanya U. We were there March 1-30\. But luckily there were many nice places to walk and see wildlife nearby as the beaches were closed as were the restaurants and everything else.
