The Tropical compound consists of a 2 story main house with 5 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms. The Villa is 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms & sleeper sofa. The location is perfect, close enough to shops/restaurants that it’s a short uber/lyft, but far enough away to have a big private lot. I had plans for us to go to the farmers market but everyone just wanted to hang at the pool they were having such a great time! This property was perfect for this. It had enough space for everyone to have some privacy but still be together just hanging out either in the pool, by the fire pit or the living room. This home is getting a little dated and could use some TLC but everything met our needs plus. The only reason I gave the cleanliness 3 stars is for the cabinets and drawers.
