I chose this hotel because it was very convenient due to its proximity to the Chinese Embassy, where I had to go to handle some paperwork. It is an average hotel in fair condition; the rooms are dated—as is the furniture—and the doors are slightly damaged. Some fixtures are old and loose—such as the main door lock—but it wasn't entirely bad. I would give it three stars.
