There were bleach stains on the bedding, pink stains on the bathroom floor and the toilet seat was yellow. We had a room for 3 adults. We were only provided with 2 cups, the beds advertised were 3 singles but it was a double and a bunk bed. It was ok just for somewhere to sleep but if you wanted to use for a longer stay i wouldn't recommend Parking is bad. Too many cars parked in a small space. You are advised to leave keys so if you are blocking someone in they will move your car! It is a really good location for town and Bournemouth International centre. I liked the biscuits that were provided in the room. Unfortunately the bed was really uncomfortable and the hot water was only available at a set time so I had a cold shower. The room was not serviced during the day which meant consumables were not replenished. The room door also did not fit the frame very well with a large gap at the bottom it is questionable if this is compliant as a fire door. Breakfast was basic and served from 9am which is too late for many and not really worth waiting for. I left early as could not face another night.
