The house was nicely remodeled with beautiful furniture, bedding, beds, etc. Kitchen was well stocked. Outdoor front deck was nice to chill on, and there was a nice BBQ grill. The house could use some polish, e.g., a new coffee pot, window runners cleaned so they open easier, a working fan in the bathroom, etc. Overall we were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.
Our group of 12 rented both houses at this location. Having the two houses is great because it gives you more flexibility with group size. The houses are well equipped and are exactly as represented on the web site. This location provides great access to Escalante Canyons, Capitol Reef, and Bryce Canyon. This is the second time our group has used these houses because of the good location, beautiful location, and quality of the facilities.
The house and surrounding area are beautiful. The area is limited regarding groceries and restaurants. The home had plenty of supplies and was very clean.
The only negative was the lack of a contact, I emailed numerous times with no response nor did I have a good number to text or call.
We visited Boulder for a family wedding and this was a great home base. The house and kitchen were extremely well stocked and everything about the home was simple and convenient.
We enjoyed the house in Boulder (or just outside of it.) Lower Calf Creek Falls is a nice hike, although long stretches of deep, powdery sand made it feel more like 10 miles than the actual six. Burr Trail Road is a very scenic drive. The house itself is on a working ranch, but we hardly saw a soul. Beds are comfy, linens are plush, Wi-Fi was strong, everything seemed new and very clean.
We wanted to explore around Boulder and this house was in a great location on a working ranch in the most quiet location I have ever been to. There is no light pollution so the night sky is something to behold. We had a great stay here.
This home was perfect for our stay! The master at one end gave us privacy as a couple, and the large, open living room and kitchen were ideal for fun family memory making. Comfy beds and pillows, a very well stocked kitchen, and the most wonderful hosts!!! Close to the Burr Trail road that leads into Capitol Reef, near Upper and Lower Calf Creek Falls, and Hole in the Rock Road, jumping off point for slot canyons and adventures galore, we could not have been happier with our stay!!!
Boulder, Utah is a very small, farming town. This house is located in the southern outskirts of Boulder. It was comfortable and quiet and out of the way. We used the house as a central location for daily motorcycle and hiking excursions. The location was excellent - we ran out of time before we ran out of incredibly scenic rides in the area. The house was comfortable to come back to each evening
Staying at this charming property was an overall delight. It is very conveniently located in an exquisitely beautiful out-of-the-way spot. It couldn't have been better except if we could have stayed longer. Thank you so much!!
The home was very comfortable and roomy. We had everything we needed to cook meals. A full size fridge. Nice to be able to do our laundry. Played cards at cute game table. Great place to come home to after a busy day of hiking.

Fantastic for a Working Retreat!
We reserved this house, as well as the Big House and loft apartment that is on the same property, for a Working Retreat. We needed 9 sleeping rooms as well as meeting space. This house and the Big House, along with the loft apartment provided 9 beds, 7 bathrooms, ample meeting space as well as 3 kitchens and a very nice common area in the big house for all members to meet up in. We were able to meet in a comfortable setting with a beautiful view. This house was completely comfortable and provided a nicely furnished kitchen. The loft was very comfortable as well with a full kitchen and bathroom. The big house was stocked more than any other location I've stayed before. And bonus, by the time the cost of all three houses was divided by all members, it was less expensive per night than staying in the hotels in the area! This is a working farm so there was activity while we were there but we were never bothered. Andy, who had just started working there a few days before was a fantastic help. I could go to him with whatever question or need I had and he was always so pleasant and helpful. Kelly was also wonderful and quick to assist whenever we needed and was a pleasure to work with. It was so refreshing to stay in a relaxed location where we were free to meet in a really comfortable basement in the big house, take much needed breaks outside, and gather around the big dining room table in the big house to eat and spend down-time in the evenings. This ranch is so close to Hell's Backbone Grill and the Burr Trail Outpost so we could grab a quick lunch and take it back to the ranch or leave in the evening for a really nice dinner. Not far from Escalante either. Every member of the team would love to stay there again!
