"We enjoyed how close the property is to Imago Mall. We LOVE the pool on the top floor. There are many restaurants on the 1st floor, along with 24-hr convenience stores. We think the provider can improve in the area of cleanliness as our bath towels had stains on them and we had ant issues. "

"The check-in and check-out process was very easy and fast without a deposit. The FO gave me a room with a nice view, the sea and the pool. The room was clean, the AC was cold, the shower was very strong. but now they don't provide bar soap, shower cap, toothbrush in the bathroom but when you check in, they will ask for this and if you need it, they will give it to you. everything is ok, only the security in front of the lobby door must be alert if guests bring a lot of luggage. There is no need to ask whether they need help carrying the suitcase or not. I think it's better to just help directly without having to ask. Novotel Balikpapan, January 5, 2026"

"We had an excellent stay at the Shangrila Rada Ria hotel. The resort is extensive, offering plenty of activities. We particularly enjoyed the spa, the reserve, the pool, horse riding, and the diverse range of restaurants, including Italian, Japanese, and Malaysian options. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Milhan, Erly, Yadmin, and Adeline for their outstanding hospitality. We look forward to returning again. "
