Ideal for anglers, paddlers and families who love the sea and the Norwegian archipelago on the west coast. Boat mooring directly at the holiday home, which offers a comfortable access for both anglers and paddlers. There are 4 bedrooms. In two bedrooms the beds can be placed as singles or a double. Two beds are located at the top under the sloping roof offering a great view of the sky. Two modern bathrooms with underfloor heating, towel radiators and floor-level showers. In addition: Pure relaxation in the infrared sauna! In order to enjoy the beautiful fjord landscape from inside, the holiday home is equipped with large windows and sliding glass doors. As a special feature, the living room is open to the roof and has an extra large skylight for a friendly bright ambience. An ultra-modern air heat pump provides additional heat or pleasant cooling if required. To end the days comfortably, the living room is equipped with a beautiful fireplace with glass windows. Smart TV and broadband are available via Altibox (glass fibre), also with English channels. For sociable hours together there are plenty of games available. The large wooden terrace on the fjord side and the entire quay area, as well as a very spacious wooden terrace at the rear of the holiday home invite you to linger outside, sunbathe or barbecue. Wonderful dining places on sunny days! At the back of the house there is an approx. 15 sqm large, lockable storage space for your fishing, bathing or paddling equipment, with a large 400 litre freezer. Between the holmen and the archipelago along the coast there is a practically a catch guarantee. The open sea can be reached in only 15 minutes! But also for paddlers and families, the shielded straits and inviting bays, the archipelago coast and small canals offer a varied holiday paradise. About 5 km away from the holiday house, you will also find good shopping facilities. Auch wenn wir keine Angler sind (für Angler ist es hier wahrscheinlich das Paradies), diente das Haus als Basislager für unsere Aktivitäten. Die Tipps von Lars waren ebenfalls gut. Geräte in hoher Qualität und Quantität); die guten Zimmeraufteilungen mit liebevollen Details und zahlreichen verdeckten Staumöglichkeiten; die beiden wunderbaren Erlebnismittelpunkte Wohn-und Essküche mit dem immer interessanten, großartigen Blick aufs Wasser- egal bei welchem Wetter; die vielfältigen Wassersportmöglichkeiten (SUPs, Kajak und Motorboot) sind einfach einzigartig und bieten Urlaubsfeeling pur; die super Ausstattung rund ums Thema Angeln (beleuchteter Filetierplatz, Filetiermesser, riesige Gefriertruhe, Fischwannen für den Fang etc.) - dieses Gebiet ist wirklich ein Angelerparadies! Wir haben zahllose Fische (Makrele, Dorsch, Pollack, Köhler) geangelt; die zahlreichen Details haben uns wirklich beeindruckt, z.B. die ca. 15 (!!!) Schwimmwesten in verschiedenen Größen; die vielen Möglichkeiten in und um das Haus zum Relaxen und Genießen (z.B. für draußen: bequeme Liegestühle, Sessel, passende Sitzauflagen, toller Hängesessel, sowie Tische); die technische Ausstattung des Hauses ist wirklich auf dem allerneusten Stand! Vor Ort hatten wir sehr netten Kontakt mit Olaf und Marco, unsere Ansprechpersonen vor Ort, die uns viele tolle Infos über Bömlo speziell und Norwegen allgemein gegeben haben. Super fanden wir auch die schnellen, netten und unkomplizierten Mails mit Lars, dem Eigentümer. Lars hat z.B. bereits im Vorfeld sehr detaillierte Infos zur Anfahrt, zum Haus etc. gemailt und war auch während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr hilfsbereit und immer an schnellen Lösungen interessiert. Einfach perfekt! Wir bereisen seit ca. 15 Jahren skandinavische Länder, aber dieses Haus, diese Lage und dieser Eigentümerkontakt gehört für uns wirklich zur Spitzenklasse. Für uns war es ein Riesenzufall, dieses Haus bei fewo-direkt entdeckt zu haben und wir sind dankbar, unseren Urlaub in diesem phantastischen Haus erlebt zu haben! ##### Klaus-Dieter R. Jul 29, 2019 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Traumurlaub am Fjord \- Super schönes und modernes Haus, mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, perfekt sauber. - Fjord mit klarem Wasser, prima geeignet zum Bootfahren, Angeln, Stand-Up-Paddeling und für Tapfere auch zum Schwimmen 😊. - 3 min entfernt klarer Badesee mit Steg zum leichten Einsteigen auch für Kinder. - Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lebensmittel, Sportzubehör, Haushaltswaren, etc.). - Haus ist auch für Kinder extrem gut ausgestattet (viele Spiele: Tischtennis, Brettspiele). - Offene Küche mit riesigem Esstisch (12 Personen, wenn man den Tisch auszieht) perfekt ausgestattet: viele Töpfe und Pfannen, scharfe Messer, viele Kochbestecke, viele Gläser, Teller (in allen Größen) sogar Waffeleisen, Backformen, Spülmaschine, großer Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Toaster, Mikrowelle… - Gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit großem Balkon mit modernem TV, bequemen Sesseln und Sofa und für kalte Tage einem Kaminofen (haben wir nicht gebraucht). - 4 gemütliche und bequeme Schlafzimmer 2x Doppelbett, 1 Hochbett bei dem das untere Bett breiter ist und 2 Einzelbetten unterm Dach (alle Zimmer haben Verdunklungsrollos, so dass man es lange im Bett aushalten kann), saubere Bettdecken und Kopfkissen. - Abstellkammer mit mindestens 10 Schwimmwesten in allen erdenklichen Größen, aufblasbarem SUP, Putzequipment (Besen, Handfeger, super Miele Staubsauger, Wischer (Ersatztücher)), viele Haken und genügend Abstellmöglichkeiten für Koffer, Taschen, etc. - 2 moderne Badezimmer mit toller Dusche und super Wasserdruck und in einer sogar eine Regendusche, viele Haken und eine kombinierte Waschmaschine mit Trockner. - Sehr gutes Angelrevier (haben wir nicht getestet, aber unsere Nachbarn brachten täglich erfolgreich Fisch mit nach Hause) und eigene Außenküche zum Filetieren. - Große Terrasse auch vorne vor dem Haus, dort mit riesigem Tisch und 2 gemütlichen Deckchairs. - Ohne Wenn und Aber zu empfehlen, wir kommen garantiert wieder. - Das Haus ist gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen, von Deutschland mit der Fähre ab Hirtshals bis Stavanger (dann 3 Stunden) oder Kristiansand (dann länger). ##### Henrik M.
