Great hotel for the buck, street parking, no elevator so keep that in mind if big and heavy suitcases. Got there late and left early so didn't really have the time to enjoy all the amenities (jacuzzi) but overall great for the money we paid.

The price on the internet doesn't match the price they ask you for. We booked the first night on the internet, than asked for 3 more nights. But they didn't tell us the the price is about 400 liras higher, per night. But you get an amazing girl that takes care of the breakfast. Really lovely girl.

Happy with our stay

We booked a standard room. We requested for a quiet room and were granted one. All the basic facilities are there such as kettle, minibar, air-conditioning, hairdryer, towels and toiletry. Curtains is black-out curtain. There is also a balcony enclosed by tinted glass. People can't see us from outside. There are a table and two good chairs. It's a nice surprise. Bed is comfortable. The colour of the ceiling light is adjustable from white to warm white, and to yellow. Water is provided in the room but no tea bag or coffee. However, you can help yourself with tea and coffee in the restaurant anytime. Breakfast is a standard Turkish breakfast which won't make you excited but I make myself happy by creating new dishes with the ingredients provided. The coffee is good. I wish they can provide full cream milk. The staff are diligent in serving and refilling the food. They will make scrambled eggs for you if you ask. There are many eateries nearby and Sok just next door. The area is much quieter than the city center, but only takes 20 minutes walk to the city center. This was exactly what we liked. The hotel is very close to Bolu otogar. In summary, we are happy with everything given the price we paid.

Bu suite yaklaşık 8-10 kez konakladık ve bugüne kadar memnuniyetle tercih ettik. Ancak son ziyaretimizde hem temizlik hem de fiyatlandırma konusunda ciddi hayal kırıklığı yaşadık. Jakuzi oda için önce 1.000 TL ek ücret istendi, rezervasyonu iptal etmeyi düşündüğümüzü belirtince ücret 500 TL’ye düştü. Ayrıca ilk verilen odada önceki misafirlere ait havlular vardı, değiştirilen odanın banyosu da yeterince temiz değildi. Sürekli tercih ettiğimiz bir işletmede bu durumlarla karşılaşmak üzücü oldu. Maalesef artık tercih etmeyi düşünmüyoruz.

Bu suite yaklaşık 8-10 kez konaklamak için geldik ve bugüne kadar tercih etmeye devam ettik. Ancak son ziyaretimizde yaşadığımız durumlar nedeniyle bir daha gelmeyi düşünmüyoruz. Her gelişimizde farklı fiyatlarla karşılaşıyorduk. Bu nedenle rezervasyonumuzu genellikle online olarak yapıyorduk. Bu kez jakuzi odaya geçmek istediğimizde bizden 1.000 TL ek ücret talep edildi. Online fiyatların bu kadar yüksek olmadığını ve rezervasyonu iptal etmeyi düşündüğümüzü söyleyince ücret bir anda 500 TL’ye düştü. Bu durum fiyatlandırma politikasının neye göre belirlendiği konusunda soru işareti oluşturdu. Ayrıca ilk verilen odada önceki misafirlerden kalan havlular duruyordu. Oda değişikliği yapıldı ancak geçtiğimiz ikinci odanın banyosu da yeterince temiz değildi. Daha fazla uğraşmak istemediğimiz için durumu kabullenmek zorunda kaldık. Sürekli tercih ettiğimiz bir işletmede bu seviyede temizlik eksikliği ve tutarsız fiyat uygulamasıyla karşılaşmak üzücüydü. Maalesef daimi bir misafirinizi kaybettiniz. Umarım bu geri bildirimi dikkate alır ve gerekli iyileştirmeleri yaparsınız.
