The outdoor area of the property spans an impressive 2,000 square meters, featuring a well-manicured lawn adorned with trees. Guests can relax and soak up the sun on the lawn designated for sunbathing or take a refreshing dip in the seasonal swimming pool, measuring 16 x 8 meters with a depth of 150 cm (available from May 16th to October 3rd). An outdoor shower, barbecue area, and a children's playground complete the outdoor experience, ensuring a delightful stay for families and guests of all ages.

You will be staying in a 4-room apartment named "Rosa Alba" with an area of 120 square meters on the 1st floor. The apartment features a bright and rustic interior design. It has a living/sleeping room with a sofa bed, an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and a TV. This room also provides access to the terrace. There are 2 rooms, each equipped with a French bed measuring 160 cm. Additionally, there is another room with 2 beds. The kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. It also includes a dining table and a dining nook. The apartment has 2 showers and 2 toilets. Gas heating is available throughout the property.

The vacation apartment comes fully equipped with various amenities to ensure your comfort and convenience. These include a washing machine for laundry needs, a barbecue area for outdoor grilling, a dishwasher in the kitchen, a cozy fireplace in the living/sleeping room, heating facilities to keep you warm, and a television for entertainment.
