The cleaning and new linen halfway through the week were very welcome - and unexpected!Our only issue was leaving the apartment. On Saturday and Sunday Bologna town center is closed to traffic and we had to walk 12 mins with our cases to get a cab. This was a problem because we are elderly. It would have been helpful if we had known about this beforehand. ##### John T. The apartment is definitely larger than it looks like in the website photos.
