### Wingate - Meridian, Cozy Acreage in the heart of the city

A quiet piece of country-living in the city. Our private guest suite with separate entrance features: two bedrooms, one bathroom, galley kitchen, dining and living room. We look forward to welcoming you.  
  
We are centrally located in the valley. It’s 15-20 minutes from the airport and downtown. Close proximity to shopping, entertainment, The Village, and dozens of restaurants.  
  
There is parking available in our private driveway. You are welcome to enjoy our large patio and yard.  
  
We are available throughout the day if you should need anything.

We are located down a private drive. Each home has multiple acres which host livestock. Please do not feed the animals.

\- Please do not share our address with relatives and friends prior to your reservation taking place and having them show up on our property to view and take photos of our property. If you do, you are knowingly violating our privacy, privacy of current guests, trespassing on private property, and Airbnb rules. We are happy to answer any questions you may have about our location, space, safety, etc. (You are welcome to have guests at the time of your reservation.)  
  
Our dog, Guinness, is part of our home, but he does not have access to the guest suite. He is friendly, playful, and curious. We understand not everyone loves four-legged family members and we will respect your desires.  
  
\-No animals of any kind! $500 fee if pets are on premises.   
  
\-Please note our listing is for four guests. Please give the exact number of guests for your reservation. If more people are staying than the max specified in the listing- there will be an additional $25 fee per night.   
\-Absolutely NO overnight, unregistered guests without prior approval.  
\-Must be present on property if guests are approved and will be held responsible for their actions.
