EARLY CHECK-INS/LATE CHECKOUTS: As much as we would love to be able to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs, our properties typically run at full occupancy, and our cleaning team needs all the time between guests to work their magic. Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am. An accepted request to book does not mean your early check-in time was approved. Please send a message 24 hours before check-in or check-out and we will let you know if we can accommodate an early check-in or late check-out at the end of your stay. Very thorough and detailed check in and check out processes! I think the initial picture that is shown for the listing is a bit misleading. Was excited to think we had direct outdoor access to sit and take the views of downtown Boise and surrounding mountains. Unfortunately, to access that spot, you had to leave the apartment and use an elevator to gain roof access. All indoor pictures very accurate, and was a wonderful place to stay, really liked that Both bedrooms had their own bathrooms. ##### David K.
