EARLY CHECK-INS/LATE CHECKOUTS: As much as we would love to be able to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs, our properties typically run at full occupancy, and our cleaning team needs all the time between guests to work their magic. Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am. An accepted request to book does not mean your early check-in time was approved. Please send a message 24 hours before check-in or check-out and we will let you know if we can accommodate an early check-in or late check-out at the end of your stay. This is an additional charge determined by us that must be paid prior to your check-in (for early check-in) and prior to your check-out (for late check-out). This security device is intended to ensure that the person who booked the apartment is the person who arrives for check-in.
