Welcome to your home away from home. Located in Paramount development, our lovely 3-bedroom/ 2.5 bath home has everything you need to make it perfect memory. A king-size Beautyrest pillow top mattress set awaits you in the master suite. The two other bedrooms have pillow top queen beds. We have provided a fully-equipped kitchen, complete with Ninja blender, NutriBullet, Cuisinart, Crock Pot, pots, pans, and bakeware of all sizes, and a cupboard with condiments and major spices. In the living room, a comfy leather sofa and recliner chair await you, for viewing the new 50-inch flat screen TV with 150+ Direct TV entertainment package, complete with Blu-ray DVD and movie selections. The kitchen nook cabinets are full of Duplos, Bristle Blocks, books, and games of all sorts for all ages.
Located in Paramount, an upscale subdivision, this prestigious community boasts 4 community pools (open Memorial Day–Labor Day), a fitness center, open recreation areas, and is just minutes to shopping. Laughton community pool and park is less than 2 blocks away. Our home is close to the Meridian Temple and the Holy Apostles Church. We have a large fenced backyard, a covered patio with a gas grill and a patio set for outside dining. The large attached 2-car garage will accommodate almost any passenger vehicle or pickup truck.
Enjoy some time in beautiful Meridian. You are only minutes to Fred Meyers, Walmart, Dollar Tree, Sonic, Dutch Bros. Coffee, and the newest and finest mall in Idaho - The Village in Meridian. Within 30 minutes to 2 1/2 hours, you have world class biking, mountain biking and hiking, whitewater rafting, & snow skiing. You name it, and we probably have it nearby.

Wonderful experience
Dave and Kathy were amazing hosts, and the property was outstanding. Very clean, comfortable accommodations. Plenty of space for 6 family members who were there for a family gathering, as well as extended family whom we hosted for dinner one evening. Loved the dining table on the back patio and beautiful yard. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay!
The home was very clean and in a nice quite neighborhood. We were in town for a wedding and the house worked well for us. This trip was without children but, it would be great for our teens. We have a graduation this summer and thinking about booking it for then. The subdivision has a park, pool access, which we did not use. But it looked private, clean and I'm sure lots of fun. Beds comfortable and overall a great stay.
One thing is the stairs are quite steep in the house, maybe younger children or elderly might have a hard time.

Will stay here again!

Felt like home
The house was very clean and comfortable in a great neighborhood so close to great shopping. The hosts were so kind and helpful and we had everything we needed in the fully stocked kitchen. We would absolutely stay here again! Communication with the hosts was great and they helped us get settled and offered fantastic restaurant recommendations.

Marvelous stay in Meridian
The communication with the owners was top notch. Had trouble accessing the garage for the first time, obviously it was my fault and the communication and help was instant. I got it figured out shortly and the rest of the stay went off without a hitch. Good supply of games, towels, appliances and all the things you expect in a rental. It made our trip to the area simple. Thanks so much.

Just right!
Perfect home for our stay to visit family
In Meridian. A very comfortable home that was nicely furnished. Convenient location. Enjoyed the gas fireplace as it was Christmas holiday. The kitchen has all the serving cookware and utensils you will ever need. Bedrooms are comfortable, and the bathrooms are very functional. Owner/Host was very attentive to our needs and satisfaction. Definitely recommend this home.

A warm and inviting property!
As you can see by the 5 star ratings I left, we had a lovely stay. We live in Los Angeles and needed a property near our relatives in Boise for a reunion.
Our hosts and the home itself were warm (literally - they warmed it before our arrival), and comfortable. The master suite my wife and I stayed in had linens and pillows that were so soft we didn’t want to get out of bed.
We’ll be back!

Thanksgiving with our son, his wife, and new daughter.
Everything was great from beginning to end. Reservations and communications were great and the house was perfect for us. Roomy with everything we needed to host a Thanksgiving meal. We would gladly stay again.
