We had an issue the first night, the electric lock wasn’t working when we came home from dinner, finally got it to work after about 45 minutes standing outside at 9pm. The host was not answering my panic messages which was frustrating and if we hadn’t eventually gotten in, we would have had nowhere to go with our dog inside the home. I had no other options of how to get in the house. I learned I will always ask for a direct phone number for the host in future bookings and carry the garage opener (if available) with me as a backup. The host replied the next day saying he didn’t see my messages, and said he would check the batteries. Otherwise, great communication except for when we were having an emergency. Overall, I would stay there again. I hope we can all learn from something like this as most rentals have these types of locks. ##### Lisa K. Our recent stay at this VRBO in Meridian, Idaho, was absolutely delightful. The host was incredibly communicative and went above and beyond to ensure our trip was stress-free and enjoyable. The property was exactly as described—beautifully maintained with a fantastic location. Our family especially loved the cozy beds, high-quality linens, and the spacious family room that quickly became our favorite spot. They even thoughtfully provided a high chair for our granddaughter, which made our stay even more comfortable.
