La experiencia podría haber sido mejor. Se nota que las instalaciones son nuevas y tanto las sábanas como las toallas estaban limpias y olían muy bien. Sin embargo, me sorprendió negativamente que las únicas formas de pago fueran efectivo o código QR, sin posibilidad de pagar con tarjeta mediante datáfono. Considero que, hoy en día, y especialmente tratándose de una reserva realizada a través de Hotels.com, deberían ofrecerse alternativas de pago más amplias. Después de un viaje, llegar cansado y encontrarse con esta limitación resulta bastante incómodo. Es un aspecto importante que deberían mejorar, porque afecta la experiencia general del huésped.
