I enjoyed my stay. I loved the location and its proximity to nearby restaurants. The breakfast was great. My Spanish is still a work in progress but the staff was very patient and helpful with me.

favourite hotel in bogota, great staff, excellent breakfast and the (heated) pool with an amazing view is the best.. Starbucks on property and many restaurants and bars within walking as well as a great park. Not the fanciest location but central and amazing value for money

I have stayed here over the years. I hate say it was not up to standard or price. First they have decided to go with horrible pillows on bed that feel as if they haven’t been changed in years. The ac units are turned completely off so no heat or cool air or even fan. Checked in early and they made me pay for breakfast which they ran out of everything everyday. Construction next door goes on every single night non stop. They don’t have doorman they use automatic buttons now. The bathroom they have gone to bottle cheap body wash and shampoo. For the price they charge there are better options. I use to stay here every time I come to Bogota but sadly to say for the price it is not worth it anymore . You ding just as good for cheaper

One of the nicest hotel stays I have ever had anywhere in the world. Staff was friendly and welcoming and attentve, room was spacious and clean with a lovely view of the nearby park and the entire experience was a pleasure. Breakfast was delicious and a perfect start to the day.
