Wake up in sunny south Florida, our villa is a 1 mile walk to the beach. You will be welcomed by our vaulted ceilings and skylights. Our unit is pet friendly with a yard. Walking distance to Publix, banks and shops. Split floorplan. Main bedroom with sliding glass doors to the garden and an en suite full bathroom features a tub/shower . Second bedroom has a double bed. The second bathroom also has a tub/shower. Lovely eat in kitchen with microwave, dishware, pots and pans. Well appointed living room with leather couches. Free WIFI and cable. Dining room seats 4\. A short drive to Mizner Park, IPIC movie theater and Town Center Mall. You will love the proximity to A1A and Gumbo Limbo park. 2 Beach chairs and beach towels provided as well.
