He welcomes the guest with a nice gesture of having a bottle of wine in the refrigerator. The house is exactly as advertised. It is very spacious. Nice kitchen and comfortable furniture. Lots of closets in the rooms and plenty of space to accommodate your belongings. The house is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood very close to the beach. There is plenty of space at the back of the house around the pool to entertain your family. My family did not use the pool this time due to other events planned, but it needed to be cleaned better. We could only stay 2 nights, one of which Jimmy credited back because the water was turned off and the house was without functioning toilets and showers. Plumbers were working to fix the situation with us in the home. Jimmy did find us another place to stay. The other home had one less bedroom for my kids and a dirty, freezing cold pool, but we managed to enjoy our time despite it not being what we paid for.
