The house was very clean and the host was beyond helpful. We were in Florida for a very sad occasion and the host went above and beyond to help us with any of our needs . The house is in a relaxing neighborhood and we were able to enjoy the pool, Jacuzzi and backyard. The towels were soft. The bed was comfortable. The only thing I'd suggest is having tissue boxes in the bathroom and/or bedrooms :) and maybe a small garbage can in each bedroom. The house was perfect and we appreciated our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property manager was very responsive to our questions prior to arriving at the property. The home was spotless, very comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, and everyone enjoyed the saltwater pool/hot tub. We would definitely stay at this home again. It was near all of the events that we were in town for.

Had a wonderful stay at this Boca house on the water in a nice, quiet neighborhood that’s close to everything. Very clean (my top priority), every amenity provided and a beautiful oasis of a backyard with the pool and hot tub. The hosts were fantastic – very responsive and couldn’t be nicer or more accommodating. I can’t wait to stay again next year! 5 Star House all around

Boca Escape

This house was perfect for our family. My nephew fished all day off the dock in the intercoastal, we tanned by the pool, hung out in the hot tub, and enjoyed walking the neighborhood. The location was great too, close enough to downtown Boca and Delray, but out of the fray so to speak. If we ever need to trave to Boca again as a family, we will be renting this house again

Want to have the comfort of home with the benefits of a professional property manager? This is your choice. Everything was perfect and the pictures don’t do it justice. The owners put real thought into this home and it shines. ——- If you fish, beware. The waterway behind the house holds giants -tarpon, barracuda and juvenile bull sharks.

A Winter Escape

The house was gorgeous! It was clean and equipped with everything you could need. The location was perfect. So close to everything. I would absolutely stay there again. (If I had to change anything about the house I would add a larger sofa outside or another chair. Also instead of the hammock two more lounge chairs and some nice floats for the pool.)

Very well maintained, excellent location, marvelous service

We rented a few houses over the years and we were very impressed by the experience we had with Brampton Park Rentals. House was not new, but very well maintained and renovated, everything was in very good working condition, house had everything we could hope for in terms of small appliances, utensils, glasses, spice, dishwasher and laundry soap, towels, everything. It really is a "bring your own grocery and enjoy" concept. Kitchen had high-end italian appliances, pool was heated to almost 90 degrees, there was a gas firepit with full propane tanks, 2 BBQs, etc. When we had questions, replies were within minutes if not seconds. Will definitely try to find something from them next time we travel to Florida,

waterfront gem

This was one of the most memorable vacations we've ever been on. The home is just perfect. The decor inside is modern, clean, easy to enjoy and maintain. The pool & tub have the most amazing view of the waterway, and our children loved fishing off the dock and catching snappers and blow fish all day and night. We already plan to book for next year at this home. The local restaurants (walking distance) are also great!! the greek place nearby (Taverna Kyma) was great and only a 5 min walk. Property was professionally managed and manager was accessible at all times. Thank you thank you thank you!

Fabulous open living and dining plan with floor to ceiling views of outdoors. Heated pool and spa with outdoor dining on waterway. Kitchen for a chef. Impeccably clean; everything works. Walk to very fine Greek or Italian restaurants. Attentive owner. I will return as often as I can; there is nothing like it.
