Blue Ridge Parkway North Entrance Tours and Activities

The Blackburn Inn is such an interesting place to stay. Rich in history and very well maintained. I appreciated that the building still carries much of the details of its past. The only downfall was that construction was being done on one of the buildings (but yay for expansion!) so it was a little less pleasing to the eye. Breakfast was delicious and I enjoyed talking to the staff about the history of the building and some surrounding buildings. Would absolutely stay here again!

The step down from the tub/shower to the floor is dangerous and likely to cause a fall. There was no bar for drinks, although one could buy wine, water, or snacks at the front desk. The attached parking garage was convenient. The room was quiet.
