This is an Okay place to stay--the staff is friendly and eager to help. But the place is pretty old, and not soundproof at all. Even though it's a non-smoking place, there are cigarette butts and cans littered on the grass.

The curtains did not close the whole way to be closed. No elevator but said they did we needed assistance with getting to the 3rd floor. So after mentioning it to them they gave us a first floor room. Didn't look real clean in the room. They were doing maintenance to the property which should the attempt to improve.

I called before booking the room to make sure the pool and hot tub were open and functioning properly and they assured me that they were. The hot tub was broken, the pool was very cold in spite of the extreme hot weather, and there both looked absolutely filthy. My shower had two conditioners and no shampoo. Everything at breakfast was labeled incorrectly. The 2 versions of pancake batter were backwards, the blueberry syrup was in the regular syrup dispenser and the glass jars listed at blueberry syrup were regular. The scrambled eggs were green and they ran out of milk and sausage. There is NO elevator, so have fun dragging your baggage up and down the stairs. Won’t stay here again, even with the good rate. I will say the the ac worked great and the room was fairly clean.

The breakfast was fantastic and fresh. I did not use the swimming pool or hot tub only because I didn't have a lot of time I came in Friday afternoon and left Sunday and because I was down visiting my nephew at his college the IU college I didn't want to spend time at the swimming pool or hot tub so I can't give you a review on that but otherwise it was fantastic.
