For the owner to consider: Single pane old windows not sufficiently insulated against street noise and cold weather. Condensation froze on the inside of windows! Washer was unbalanced and created an awful noise, and top loader door would not stay shut, making it unusable. Front door to unit frequently refused to lock from outside, succeeding only with multiple tries and by jiggling the tension applied when closing the door. That is a security risk, especially in this neighborhood. The kitchen sink is severely scratched, which looks bad and is unhygienic. ##### Regina W. I rarely sleep well whenever I travel, but I slept very well here. Very comfortable!The only thing to be aware of is the second bedroom is separated by a curtain, not a door/wall. While it was not a big deal in my situation, it may be for others. The hosts were amazing and very helpful when it came for a late check out. Incredibly accommodating and friendly.
