Ok for the two days I was there but way over priced. Breakfast was terrible . Water doesn't work and it's pretty old. Staff is super nice and the property is great proximity to stadium .
The hotel room and staff were very good. The area around the hotel was good. I would stay here again. The biggest issues we had were the pillows were super soft (no neck support) and the lack of breakfast choices (they were out of regular waffle batter only had red velvet and no stand alone eggs).
Had to go to another floor to find a working ice maker
Dispenser for cereal did not work - couldn’t get any unless an attendant was available
Staff at reception desk were friendly, respectful and helpful
It was a great stay! The pool was kept at a great temperature. The staff was great and helpful. Even the breakfast was good. They ran out of pancake mix and she didn’t hesitate to make some more 15 min before breakfast was over. The front desk was easy to talk to and helpful when I asked questions. The room was clean and didn’t smell bad like some hotels. I really enjoyed our stay.
Helpful staff, especially during the busy morning breakfast times. Damp, musty smells throughout the hotel entry, elevators, and even room. Though room looked to have been remodeled, humidity is taking a toll on fixures and trim, all of which are loose or peeling.
My room was excellent - needed refills in both bath soap & shampoo bottles.
Continental Breakfast very good - parking is convenient, but can get jammed, so make sure you receive your windshield tag.
Staff/front desk very helpful - I was able to extend my stay easily - but you have to start that extension through Expedia if that was your original reservation. I did this standing at the desk - and desk helped me through it.
This was a great hotel - it was conveniently located and had a great pool and breakfast. There was definitely a moisture problem in our room (felt sticky when we woke up and the carpet felt damp), but it could have been because it was so hot and humid outside and the air conditioner was working over time. But overall, we liked this place and will stay there again when visiting our son (student at IU).
The bed was clean and comfortable and the noise level from outside was minimal. The bathroom water was hot fast and pressure was good in the shower. The breakfast area was well stocked and clean with a decent selection of breakfast food. Nice location close to IU. The place could use some updates but comfortable hotel. We would book again.
