Fantastically helpful lady on front desk (just returned from time off), clean good sized family room, nice breakfast, great location. Would recommend and family friendly. Only downside was no kettle in our room and the total has no bar or ability to buy drinks/snacks outside of breakfast hours which, after a lot of walking each day, was missed.

We had a wonderful stay in Rome! The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. The location was especially convenient and ideal for visiting all the main sights. Would happily stay here again!

"Room, had upper level ( loft) with winding stairs to get to bed. Bed was just alright. Room, very noisy, on side street, overlooking garbage cans, etc. The noise did quiet down after midnight.
