We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. Everything was well-organized, making our experience truly enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!

This may be one of the best hotels I have stayed in! The view was gorgeous and the deck was amazing for watching the sunset. I loved all the amenities in the room. We used the spa for massages and the pools and it was wondrful. We especially loved the breakfast each morning. The location was also perfect for walking, hiking, touring the castle, and of course getting on the lake.

Nice hotel on shores of Lake Bled (although steep climb up from shoreline). Amazing pool complex that looks over the lake. Room was comfortable & quiet, although you may not look over the lake unless you pay extra. Breakfast buffet is good. You can walk to everywhere allowing for some steep climbs up & down.

Room was spacious and clean. Nice view from the corner suite - we were on a low floor so a bit obstructed by other properties. a fairly good spread of options at breakfast but some items not refreshed as they ran out.

We watched the World Cup with lots of Spaniards staying there as well. The hotel is close to the center and we were able to do everything we had planned without our car (parking in Lake Bled was a mission!).

Overall had a really good experience. Kids loved the pool with water slide. Great experience in the spa, therapist was really good. Great location overlooking the lake. Staff in the bar were lovely.

Good experience. Clean large room, very nice breakfast with fresh ommelettes. Big pool and spa. Very close to lake Bled. Parking was almost full, and was not very cheap, but by far the best option!

Great location, just have to walk down the steps to the middle of the town. Beds were soft and comfortable. You use your key to get into the pool are which was huge and a big slide for kids. Came in handy in July after hiking!!! Breakfast was a good selection and quality. Would go back!

Well appointed hotel in excellent position adjacent to Lake Bled with comfortable beds in spacious rooms. Good shower/bathroom facilities. Personally prefer a smaller boutique style hotel, but no criticism of Rikli Balance, if you like a larger more functional style of hotel with all the attendant spa facilities.

Good hotel but I felt it was quite expensive for the room standard. The view from the balcony was excellent but the aircon was weak and the bathroom felt dated. The location is super handy, and the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also very good and on at good times with plenty seating. The pool areas are a huge highlight of this hotel too- it’s great to have so many to choose from and beautiful views from the terrace. I felt we were charged a lot for extras I expected to be included, for example the onsite saunas. There was also a fee for lost room keys (and remember to take one per person for the pool areas so you cant get in otherwise). It was also the only hotel on our trip that charged for parking however I believe this is due to a bigger parking issue in Lake Bled in general. I would stay here again however- and booking the balcony room made all the difference!

The room was beautiful, great view of the lake. Plenty of space and very clean. Bed was comfy and all bedding excellent. The bag to take swimming with towels in was very useful. If i was going to fault anything the towels were not of a high standard in the room very thin.

The hotel was really nicely designed and furnished. It had a lovely smell as you entered reception. The spa was good but you do have to pay extra for the saunas/steam rooms. The room was a nice size with a lovely Nordic wooden decoration. The bathroom was nice and functional with a modern walk in shower. Breakfast had a good selection of cooked and buffet foods along with fruits, yogurts & pastries.

The room was clean but small. The shower was very small, we are average sized people but you could hardly move inside the cubicle. The air conditioning didn’t work, there was no cool air coming out. It made a horrendous noise and woke us up during the night but eventually stopped. Everything you wanted like extra pillows you had to pay for. The only thing you could access for free was the swimming pool. The breakfast could have been better. Tinned fruit was the offering, not fresh. The juices were also poor quality. The balcony had a great view. The staff were ok, I didn’t have much interaction with them. You even have to pay a registration fee to check in!! I have never had that before. To be honest, it’s a 3 star hotel in my view, not 4 stars. I have stayed in much better 3 star hotels than this. I wouldn’t particularly recommend it. I won’t be coming back.

The hotel is very close to the lake in a good location. The room is roomy, clean, and is very quite. It’s very easy to access to all facilities like swimming, Jacuzzi, Suna and so on. We really enjoyed it and for sure will come back again if we are in town.
