This is quite possibly the worst hotel I've ever seen. Lobby was lovely and clean however the rest of the place should be bulldozed. We were given a room which we went to unpack and it was horrible. Moldy smelled bad big gap under the door that critters can get in very old. We asked for our money back and we're to told they give no refunds I wonder why?This hotel should never have been listed on any site for 100 per night it was gross!

Right off the interstate and hotel was practically sold out and the room was very quiet. All areas were clean and comfortable! GREAAT FRESH coffee. Staff were all friendly. Only a one night stay and did not have breakfast. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

It was like we had the whole place to ourselves! The hotel was definitely the highlight to our stay in Roanoke. My kids loved the refreshments. The hotel was beautiful, the bed & furniture were amazing and so comfortable. We did not have bedding the first night we were there for the pullout, not that my teenager cared, but we found someone doing housekeeping the following day and he was so nice and got it immediately.
