"Ample free parking upon arrival. Room was ready on time clean and fresh. Food was all fresh and mains were hot. All the traditional breakfast, bacon eggs, sausages, beans and a toast that works first time. Staff are all friendly and helpful. The hotel is adult only and this is reflected in the caberet with a good variety of comedians, singers and dancers."

"The staff were really lovely, the location was good if you are planning a trip to Pleasure Beach. The breakfast was really nice. Limited on site parking. Our room itself was a little tired and in need of a refurb, I’m not a fan of waterproof mattress covers. . Would have liked shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom, but for what we paid absolutely cannot complain."

"Enjoyable stay at the hotel. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Location was brilliant for us as we attended a concert at Lytham so the train station was less than a minutes walk. The hotel is looking a little tired and rundown, however, it was clean and everything worked. Thanks also for the complimentary breakfast."

Lift to upper floors very small so if you have many suitcases might need to make a couple of trips . Ideal if your there for a couple of days or a weekend"

"A marvellous small hotel - good size room, very clean, fantastic amenities and useful extras such as cotton buds, shoe horn and shoe shine sponge. The staff were exceptional (5 stars isn’t enough!), the breakfast offered great quality and choice. Car-parking in front of the hotel on the forecourt was a real bonus."

"This hotel is very opulent, with a lovely high end look and feel. The staff are super professional, but still friendly and helpful. The rooms were a good size and well equipped, again with a high quality look and feel to it. The staff left on the table, an individual cake and card for my son’s birthday, which was a wonderful touch and hugely appreciated. We would definitely stay here again..!!"
