8.6/10 Excellent! (1,015 reviews)

Nice renovations, with updated rooms. The complimentary breakfast has lots of options. We liked the Happy Hour drink in the lounge. The fitness room is small, so would be tough if lots of people want to use it at once that would be an issue. There was no elevator if that is an issue.

9.6/10 Exceptional! (1,006 reviews)

Great place! Starts with a complementary drink (wine or beer) and a fresh cookie! The main lobby area is amazing - very cozy and comfortable with a fantastic breakfast, nice rooms and very helpful staff. This place has so much character and is so much nicer than the regular cookie cutter hotel. We will always stay here in future trips to Charlottetown!
