All of the neighbors we interacted with were kind. The place was clean and spacious, although they only provided one roll of toilet paper for our entire family, so we had to purchase our own. But they had plenty of everything else, including towels and toothbrushes, etc. I loved the back deck and we were able to use the grill which was also fun for us. Thank goodness we could park and go in from the back because there are a lot of stairs in the front and some in our party have knee issues, so it was great to have the back door option. It has such character and charm. Digital check in and check out was amazing. The host, Nina, is very attentive to her guests. She was quick to answer any questions we had. She is very accommodating. Parking is in the back and you access that by an unmarked street that runs behind the homes. Not hard to find at all. It is a neighborhood that is being revitalized. Many older homes are being worked on. The area is going to look amazing when they finish. It is in such a great location to everything. You can drive yourself or get a ride share. We used Lyft and had no issues getting drivers. I definitely recommend this location if you are going to the BJCC. It is so close. Lyft ride took us like 5 minutes.
