The front desk staff were so friendly and welcoming! The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom, especially, was spotless. The free breakfast was spot on. Leslie does an outstanding job. The food was delicious and plentiful. I highly recommend this location!

We were on our way to Gulf Shores and Pelham was the perfect spot to stop overnight. We’ve always had a pleasant experience staying at Best Western Hotels. This one was comfy, clean, nice breakfast, loved their coffee machine, easy to get to and lots of restaurants to choose from close by. Only complaint was it was a little noisy but that’s no the hotels fault since interstate runs across in front of it. We would stay again.

This hotel is great and affordable. I love the fact it was central for the purpose of my stay and surrounded all the restaurants and other amenities that I needed. Staff was kind and helpful rooms were clean. The only thing that my room had an issue with was the drain when I turned on the shower it didn’t drain as fast so had little standing water as we showed. I would suggest they place some drain fix and that would fix the issue.

This is an older hotel but was clean. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. We only stayed one night traveling through. It worked out good for us. It is right off the interstate and has many food options in the close area. We had no trouble leaving the next morning. Traffic was not bad getting back off the exit to the interstate.

First, I’ll start with the positive, the complementary breakfast each morning was wonderful. The staff was great, as well. Now for the bad. Upon entering through the front door, there was an overwhelming musty, moldy smell that only gets worse as you get to your room. I really didn’t think I was going to be able to stay the night but we ended up going to Walmart to buy two containers of Damp Rid and a can of odor neutralizer to spray on the carpet. After that it was at least manageable as long as I slept with my nose in the blanket that I brought with me. I really think the carpets need a good cleaning and the floor air conditioners could use an overhaul. The pool was not very clean and there was a dirty film all the way around the inside tiles. I understand you get what you pay for and certainly wasn’t expecting The Four Seasons but cleanliness and smell are everything to me even in a budget hotel. I come to the area often for family, so I’ll definitely spend a few extra dollars on a better facility next time.

Property was clean and affordable. Staff was awesome! Breakfast was good. Rooms were on the small side due to the age of the hotel. Had to use the main entrance every time due to the other entrances not working with our room key. Elevators were out while there but we were on the first floor and they were being repaired. Pool and pool area was dirty. Overall positive experience.
