The room itself is comfortable enough but as it is below street level, it is a bit dark even with the lights on. The fridge is a nice touch though not big enough to stand up a bottle of wine. Always nice to see tea, coffee, biscuits and little chocs on the welcome tray. The bathroom was clean , however there were a couple of drips (?) on the toilet seat which I cleaned before we could use it. I'm not sure I understand the daily housekeeping as the towels we used and hung up to dry were folded up by housekeeping and the damp towels were put on the downturned bed, leaving a damp patch. I have no problem re-using a towel however one towel was clearly dirty and should really have been changed. the cups we used n the morning were not cleaned, not a problem for us but i'd have thought housekeeping would address this? Easy and clear access. No major issues. Loads of free parking. The check-in was easy, good instructions. We didn't see any owners, just entered the property and this is it. Convenient. Room is good, big enough, has everything what you need. But I "met" a lot of spiders. And it was dusty. Kettle, in toilet. Maybe because twin-room isn't much popular and there weren't guests for a long time.
