We booked this hotel primarily because the website said they offered a shuttle to and from the airport - A ”rare find for the area”. We could not find the pick up location on arrival and took a bus instead. Upon check in at the hotel they informed us they no longer have a shuttle. We had to pay extra ...

Radisson Blu Hotel London Stansted Airport
The drawer holding the safe was broken and nearly fell on my foot. When I reported it the receptionist’s first comment was ‘are you ok?’ That drawer and one in the desk were replaced very quickly. Easy access to airport, no need for bus/taxi etc
