Welcome to Künstlerhaus Karoline – a beautiful seaside retreat!

Graphic artist Moritz Götze from Halle (Saale) had complete creative freedom in designing this vacation apartment. The result is a dream apartment filled with art, a balcony, and a sea view. You'll love it!

This three-room apartment is located on the second floor. It features a living room with a TV, seating area, dining table, and kitchenette, as well as a comfortably furnished west-facing balcony with a partial view of the Baltic Sea.

The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave with grill function, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle.

There are two lovely bedrooms. One has a double bed and a partial view of the Baltic Sea. The other has two single beds and a walk-in closet.

The small entryway includes a wardrobe. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

The bathroom offers a toilet, shower, sink, and hairdryer.


The apartment has two bedrooms. A parking space in the parking garage on Wylichstrasse (entrance height 1.90m) can be booked for €10 per night.

There is a storage room for four bicycles in the house. A large bicycle parking area is also located behind the house.

Maximum occupancy: 3 adults and 1 child (suitable for children aged 7 and up).
