We loved our stay for Mothers/Daughters Getaway wkend!!! Our room was beautiful, clean & stocked!! We absolutely loved the casino, pool & Starbucks being in the hotel lobby!! We will definitely stay @ Harrah’s on the coast again!!

The staff really does exhibit southern charm. To the bell hop to the front desk associates to the custodial crew, everyone was friendly, helpful and pleasant. I liked how there is separation between the gaming area and the hotel rooms, plus the pool area was active and chill with the bar and live DJ. I did have challenges that were reported regarding the room furniture (damaged), but overall I would stay again.

Mattress and bed wasn't same size, only 1 rag and batteries in remote were almost dead. Staff was very polite and courteous. The steak n shake was terrible in the casino but overall the hotel was ok, besides the cops harrass ing us saying our tag light was out and they wasn't. Used that to pull us over at the hotel and then accused us of weed aroma, which was totally false.

My first time at a casino. It was fun. I didn't lose my shirt,but I had it with me. Restaraunts' staff were busy and kicking ass on labor day weekend . The casino was clean and BUSY. Didn't care for the smoking,but I used to be the guy defending it. I know. Its a casino. The drive down Beach Blvd was more than I expected .Loved the trip.

Our stay was really great. The room was clean, elevators were fast and efficient. We enjoyed the pool, restaurants, and the Starbucks coffee in the morning. The pool area itself was a bit uncomfortable as the area surrounding the pool had tiny little bits of the surface design that hurt our feet and became stuck. The walkway over to the blind tiger could desperately use some attention and looks pretty bleak from above. The staff were very kind however and the entire experience and interactions with employees and guests were very good.

The front desk was awesome!!! The wait staff at the pool was very nice & friendly. But most of all…Tiquan at Steak n Shake on Thursday night was phenomenal! He was there solo and handled the register, the cooking & food delivery with efficient patience & spectacular customer service. I was so impressed. I thank you all for making my first solo vaca an exciting success

Overall is was a good stay. Food, drinks, staff and environment were great. The only thing i had an issue with was they don’t clean the rooms for the entirety of your stay. The shower nozzles were almost empty. Trash cans were too small to have for 4 days and no one come empty it. Feels a little lazy to me personally. Also the outlets for the chargers didn’t work in some places

For the prices paid I would expect a little better service. On the second day the maid staff asked if we needed service, to which I said not today but definitely tomorrow. But tomorrow came and no service. The interior is a bit dated and shows wear and tear on the little things. The eateries are not a part of Harrah's and do not participate in the comps program. The casino does have a fair compliment of popular table games and slots which was great. We also came for the Biloxi Seafood Festival which was held on Harrah's beachfront lot. The festival was disappointing in that I paid too much for a piece of fried fish and a bunch of fries and could have eaten better at a Capt'n D's. The outdoor music was nice. The T-shirt was juvenile compared to other Seafood Festival shirts. the overall experience was fair, but not something I would do again.
