« Apartment room was good, needed a little more finesse & finishing but reasonable. There were some niggles such as rusty toilet roll holder, shower door that doesn't properly shut, no shelf in the shower room. The main issue however was the entrance & stairs which were very dirty. »

« Contacted property manager and Vrbo the day before to enquire about accessing the property. Received no response. Called the owner at 9.15 on the day. He sounded confused but raised no issue, so I got on with my day. Received a text after 10.30 to say the property was not available! Apparently vrbo had not coordinated the availability. Host offered to book us into a local hotel…. Not ideal as we could have done that ourselves (and chosen a better hotel) but we had plans with friends and dinner...

« The property is a wonderful little find. The hosts are very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The apartment is spotlessly clean and lots of little treats in both the kitchen and bathroom. Barry was extremely responsive to our emails prior to our visit. We were unfortunately delayed on transport when visiting Manchester. « We were 3 adults and a dog and we fit perfectly in this cute flat. The location was perfect, an easy walk into downtown Hebden Bridge, and parking was great. Close to Hardcastle Crags and Gibson Mill, which are lovely hikes too. Excellent hosts too! »

« The apartment itself was very nice. Spacious in all areas. As for the cleanliness it certainly didnt looked to have been cleaned. The tv unit thick with dust, carpet not vacuumed, bath surround showing grimy residue. No brush/hoover for us to do this ourselves, and needing to purchase other cleaning products. The lack of curtains in either bedroom meant very early starts due to the light. Finally something maybe beyond your control, the almost constant exotic aroma eminating from adjacent...

« We had a lovely three night stay in the Granary. The cottage was vary welcoming when we arrived and had everything we needed. It is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We loved the private garden and hot tub. We are hoping to return and would definitely recommend. »
