Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac in the serene village of Vresse-sur-Semois, this modern 4-bedroom villa is the perfect countryside escape for families or groups of friends. Each bedroom comes with its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests. Surrounded by breathtaking views and peaceful nature, this home promises a truly relaxing stay in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes.

Outdoor lovers will find plenty to enjoy nearby, explore the forests, spot local wildlife, or kayak on the Semois River just a short drive away. In winter, cross-country skiing is possible in Conrad. For dining and shopping, visit the nearby centres of Alle-sur-Semois (6 km) and Bievre, where you’ll find local restaurants, shops, and terraces.

Back at the villa, unwind by the fireplace or enjoy a friendly game of table tennis or PlayStation. Horse owners are welcome to let their horses graze in the meadow. Bike storage is also available. Bed linen, towels, and kitchen textiles can be provided upon request, just contact the owner at least a week before arrival. Pets are welcome too, making this villa a complete, nature-filled retreat.

This is a wonderful gite in a delightful, quiet, rural location. The accommodation is spacious, clean and with every amenity you might require. The owners made us feel extremely welcome and were kind enough to let us enjoy some of the delicious produce from the greenhouse in the garden. There are plenty of things to do in the region within driving distance and a number of lovely, marked walks in the immediate locality. Thoroughly recommended.

Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich, aber Sie sollten Ihre Französischkenntnisse zu Hause auffrischen. Das Haus war wunderschön und die Lage am Rande eines kleinen Dorfes ist ebenfalls hervorragend. Ich finde, es ist eine der schönsten Ecken der Ardennen. Es besteht aus einem Wohnbereich und einem Wohnzimmer. Der Wohnbereich ist sehr gemütlich und verfügt über einen Fernseher, einen Esstisch, Sofas und einen Kamin. Angrenzend befindet sich die Küche – etwas ungemütlich weiß –, die aber alles Nötige bietet. Nebenan liegen ein Hauswirtschaftsraum und ein Spielzimmer. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer und im Obergeschoss ein weiteres, alle mit eigenem Bad. Draußen hatten die Kinder viel Spaß auf dem Trampolin. Der Spielplatz war weniger beliebt und etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Garten lässt sich nicht einzäunen, daher sollten Sie kleine Kinder beaufsichtigen. Hinter dem Haus leben Rehe und etwas abseits ein Pferd, das ebenfalls viel Aufmerksamkeit auf sich zog. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wir haben ein langes Wochenende hier verbracht und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Haus. Das Haus bietet sehr viel Platz für jegliche Aktivitäten. Wir haben gemeinsam gekocht in der großen Küche, Tischtennis in der Doppelgarage gespielt, Spieleabende am großen Tisch oder im Wohnzimmer verbracht, Outdoor Spiele im Garten gespielt und eine sehr schöne Wanderung in der Umgebung gemacht. Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich, geben sich viel Mühe (zB frische Blumen in der Küche) und alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Eine Info, die uns geholfen hätte: die Bettdecken sind große (also eine Decke für 2 Personen), sodass 140cm Bezüge nicht passen. Es gibt aber die Möglichkeit, Bezüge zuzubuchen. Wir kommen gerne bei der nächsten Gelegenheit wieder :)

Geweldig weekend gehad, mooie herinneringen gemaakt, mede door dit prachtige klein kasteeltje. Hele vriendelijke eigenaren, spreken alleen Frans, maar he, google translate biedt uitkomst. Binnen en buiten was alles compleet; poolen, tafeltennis, enkele kaartspellen, hout voor de kachel, tijdschriften etc. etc. Prachtig uitzicht en als je geluk heb, zie je ook nog de herten. Kasteel van Bouillon, Rochehaut, graf van de reus, en nog veel meer mooie bezienswaardigheden dichtbij. Wandelingen en mountainbike routes bij het huisje, gelijk de natuur in. Dit kleine kasteel is een prachtig plaatje, buiten en binnen en we komen hier zeker nog eens langs.

Die Besitzer begrüßen Sie mit großem Stolz und das zu Recht; Was für ein wunderschönes Haus, viel Liebe und Sorgfalt wurde auf die Dekoration, Atmosphäre und Einrichtung gelegt, man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause und entspannt. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und sympathisch, leider sprechen sie weder Niederländisch noch Englisch, aber sie geben ihr Bestes, um Sie zu verstehen und Ihnen alles zu zeigen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder hierher kommen.

Netter Empfang, auch wenn wir kein Französisch sprechen. Es lebe Google Translate. Zuerst bekam ich einen Rundgang durch das Haus. Es sah ordentlich und sauber aus. Es ist ein großes Haus mit allem Drum und Dran. Sehr freundliche Besitzer. Wir durften auch das Gewächshaus mit Weintrauben und Tomaten nutzen. Unser Hund durfte auf ein abgegrenztes Weidestück. Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß auf dem Trampolin und am Billardtisch und der Tischtennisplatte. Wunderschöne Umgebung. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Een heerlijk huis, een fijne goed toegeruste woonkeuken met houtkachel, een prachtige living, iedere slaapkamer heeft een mooie badkamer. Het hele huis is warm en knus ondanks de enorme ruimte; je voelt je meteen thuis. Omgeving is ideaal voor wandelaars, en leuke dorpjes en restaurantjes toch binnen 10 minuten rijden of een uur wandelen.

Het is een fijn, groot huis met ruime slaapkamers met eigen badkamer en een grote woonkamer en goed uitgeruste keuken. De tuin is ook fantastisch, met een heerlijk terras, jeu de boules baan, zandbak en speeltoestel. Binnen is er een biljart en een tafeltennistafel dus met slecht weer kan er toch gerecreeerd worden. De eigenaren zijn erg vriendelijk en leiden je bij aankomst door het huis om een en ander toe te lichten. Het is echt een aanrader!

Heerlijk verblijf gehad. Super vriendelijke eigenaren, schone woning met alles wat je nodig zou kunnen hebben. Vooral de pingpongtafel is goed gebruik van gemaakt ;) Je hebt heerlijk de ruimte en de woning is rustig gelegen met mooie uitzichten.
