Room ++ nice and big but disappointing in some aspects: 1) carpets - tired and grubby 2) nails sticking out of a furniture which tore my dress (reported to reception who ignored the dress damage and told me housekeeping would fix the nail issue - but it wasn’t ) Room Amenities - disappointing 1) no water supplied (aside from day 1), water charged at Eur8 (which are Eur2 in the shop) - water is a basic necessity. 2) no kettle - hot water on request (supplied with sugar !), the hotel was happy to supply hot water yet supplied no tea/coffee in the room. 3) internet in the room did not work for the entire stay so every evening i was using much mobile data to do my work. Bathroom ++ good decor and facilities, but kitted out for 2 people, we had to ask for extra supplies disappointing - on day 3 we put towels and bathroom on floor for replacement. The bathrobe was just hung up and NOT a clean new one. Location - very well located Airport Transfer - the hotel will charge you more than twice the price of a private taxi. We arranged our own shared taxi - which worked well, we were the first drop off at the hotel boat drop. The water bus stop is just 1 minute walk from the hotel Equally accessible is the water bus from the Ca ‘Dor bus stop to Roma (main stop) and bus from there to the airport. Breakfast and dining at the hotel is expensive, however, hotel location is so very near many restaurant and food options. Coop very near by where we picked up breakfast supplies.

Staff was perfect! A special thanks to Camila at front desk and Rah in the restaurant who greeted us every morning with a big smile and a handshake! We will return to our beautiful suite!

We had a good stay overall and found the hotel to be clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit, and the room itself was pleasant. There were a few drawbacks that future guests may want to consider. The location was a bit farther from the main attractions than we had anticipated, which made getting around slightly less convenient. We were also surprised that there was no restaurant attached to the hotel, meaning there was no room service or on-site dining option available. Additionally, I was traveling with my mother, who has some mobility challenges, and she found getting in and out of the bathtub difficult. We ended up needing a step stool, so I would recommend the property consider accessibility improvements or provide better information about bathroom accessibility features. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but given the price we paid, I don't think we would choose this hotel again in the future. That said, the staff and accommodations themselves were very good.

The staff is very helpful. If you need something they are very accommodating. The location is great. It is close to all the shopping. They have a dock right outside the hotel that can bring you by private transfer ($$$). Another option is the "bus taxi" where you bring your luggage on and you get off at San Marco Vallossa. Its a 5 min walk. If I can do it, anyone can! The breakfast is ok. Downside for travellers. The hotel needs to update the rooms and repaint. No elevator. 2nd floor = 4 flights of stairs but they have someone that will bring your luggage up to your room and back down. It is a very busy dock and used for bringing supplies to all the businesses nearby in the morning- very noisy. But All the waterways are noisy, Welcome to Venice!!
