Easy access to restaurants and shops on Garfield Parkway. You just can't beat the location. This unit has an ocean view and you are so close to the ocean you can hear the sound of the ocean waves while you sleep. If you don't want to walk to the area restaurants, the kitchen is fully equipped with a very nice set of cookware and knifes. There is a deck where you can view the beach or watch a beautiful sunset or dine at the picnic table. The new 'Rain Escape' ceiling over the deck will keep you dry if it should rain.There are accomodations for sleeping for six but the unit is small so the limit is four. There are two bedrooms which affords you more privacy when sharing the unit. There is one queen size bed, a double bed and a pull out sofa. I have rented two beach chairs and an umbrella that will be set up for you daily. Washer and dryer are available in an out-building. We have just added two outdoor enclosed showers with hot and cold water. Be prepared to walk up a couple flights of stairs to get to your room.. The queen bed was a little uncomfortable and there was a lack of closet space. I think 4 adults staying would have been very tight but since it was only the 2 of us, the space was adequate for the week. The bathroom is essentially a wet room after you showered but it dried relatively quickly. We loved the outdoor deck but wish it overlooked more than the parking lot. The place was clean and had everything we needed for the week. We are right on the boardwalk and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. My mom and sister came to stay with us for a few nights and they enjoyed their stay as well. I had a few questions while there and Karen was very responsive. The location was wonderful as we had restaurants and stores at our fingertips. It was so relaxing to hear the sound of the Ocean and not worry about driving.
