We loved the screened in back porch and the 8 of us were able to be comfortable and sit out there together. It was a very quite and safe looking neighborhood. Walking to the beach with umbrellas and chairs etc is a haul, so prepare to bike/drive/trolley. We went to the pool for 1 hour and paid $40, it’s unfortunate it’s not included in your stay. Home was well equiped, clean, and had a "homey" feel. Parking was easy in Bethany with the provided residential parking permit and the free trolley rides were a bonus.
