Every thing was awesome, quiet, clean, great location and comfortable. Good host support and housekeepers helpful and kind.
Thanks for great stay!

The Studio apartment was excellent, it's about the size of a standard double room with a fully equipped kitchette. We had a slight problem checking in as the we couldn't get the machine to print off our keys and the call centre we had a bit of a language problem.
It's 5 mins from the main tourist area and 10 mins from the Tram and busses.
We would definitely stay there again 👍❤️

The sofa bed was not very comfortable. The plug in in the bathroom was very loose. It felt like it was coming out from the wall.
The location was very good for getting to the waterfront

Great apartment. Centrally located for walking to sites. Stove difficult to operate as they have safety backups on stoves in Norway. They should have better instruction or just have a microwave.
We have used Vander before and the room and facilities are always excellent. The location was about ten min walk from the train but wasn't far for all your trips.
The hotel asked for my predicted arrival and we're able to get me early check in, which I appreciated after a long journey and wet weather.
I think some more photos of the outside of the hotel would of helped me find it.
There was a supermarket just around the corner and a selection of coffee shops. Vander have good locations.
The only negative was that the waste bins were overflowing when I left, so trying to get your rubbish in them wasn't nice, plus it was pouring with rain .
Overall I would use Vander again when in Norway.
Everything was fine except for the check in process. Many people checking in we're confused and needed help. Once the technology was figured out, everything went well. Room was very clean and well equipped.

Nice clean rooms with more space, seating and amenities than a hotel room, which made our stay significantly nicer.
Wasn't terribly happy to have to download "another app" but checkin was smooth.
Main downside were the very thin pillows, we both had neck/back complaints after the first night.
The location is supreme for getting around the city. You are one block away from the harbor and no more than 15 minutes. Walk from any of the main attractions. Even the bus terminal where many of the excursions pick up from is a five minute walk. The accommodations are very clean and modern. I really did. Enjoy my stay here. Be prepared to purchase your own food, which can be helpful in saving money because Norway is quite expensive. There is a grocery store, not even five minutes walk from the location. my only complaint is that there is no water, pitcher or napkins. If you aren’t going to make coffee, you can use the coffee pot to hold water, but be prepared to purchase napkins.

Fabulous apartment, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was spacious, clean, in a great location close to Bryggen and the room was very quiet. Check-in system and app worked perfectly 🙂
Everything is done via the app, check-in, key on phone, check out.
Room is clean.
The key situation is absolutely dreadful. Useless is about what I can say. Rarely works and have to constantly keep restarting phone for the key to work. Not helpful at all.
Pillows are so flat and uncomfortable. Towels are tiny and not the best.
Shower is not bad at all. Cooking utensils everything you need for a studio room no problems at all.
Apartment is close to everything you need, site seeing, tour start points,. supermarkets, restaurants.
Clean modern apartment with all needed amenities. Building is secure and in a great neighborhood. Central to all major attractions. I would recommend a stay at this location.

Stayed 7 nights. Checking in is tricky. I met someone every day at the main entrance stressed out trying to get in the building for the first time - once you figure it out it’s fine. But getting in the front door is the hardest part. Everyone is helpful that’s staying there because they’ve been through it. Just ask anyone you see for help. I would have liked our stay better had we not been on the first floor right next to where everyone smokes and had a better view than the alley with graffiti and trash cans. I had no idea Norway was so addicted to cigarettes. I haven’t seen people smoking this much since the 90s. Our windows didn’t open being on the first floor and we had to keep the door open for any airflow - which brought in the smoke smell. You can’t pick your room and they will not move you. The room was nice still and I loved having a kitchen to cook all the fresh fish we got at the market. But, if you are a plus sized person you will find the room difficult to move around. I don’t mind being on the first floor, but I do mind it’s priced the same as all upper floors when you can’t open windows or change the temperature more than 3 degrees up or down.

Room was in good condition. It was a very odd space in terms of shape, probably because the space was really small (not enough to open up a suitcase, except on the bed or couch). In general, things were modern and clean. Someone had been sick in the hallway, I reported it, I promptly received a reply and it was cleaned up. I did find it odd that I was expected to take my rubbish out to the bins on the street. Pillows on the bed flattened away to provide no support when you put your head on them.

Clean, modern and a nice size for three women. But one mirror (in the bathroom) in the entire two bedroom apartment, which isn’t great when you’re all trying to get ready at once. The key card entry was easy enough and we felt safe there. Great location, near to cafes, supermarkets and a few minutes’ walk to the nearest bus stop for the airport or 10 minutes to the light rail. You can walk to Bryggen in less than 15 minutes.

The room was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. I had paid extra for a studio with sofa bed as myself and granddaughter didn’t want to share. The sofa needed pulling out and making up on our arrival. Furniture had to be moved to allow this as the room was so small. Not much space to move around. Slightly disappointed by the size of the room when the sofa was out.
There are many things to like about this hotel location is excellent within walking distance of all interesting restaurants and the wharf. The apartment was spotlessly clean the bed was comfortable and the shower was good. It was great to have a Kitchen and there were grocery stores very close by. On the downside there was no shampoo I know basic supplies for the kitchen like salt pepper and cooking oil. So I have to go to buy those and I didn’t leave them because the instructions were to get rid of everything. I also found that the lack of instructions for how to use the various appliances was a bit disturbing and I had trouble with the induction stove and with the oven. The price however was very good for Bergen and so I would stay again. I appreciated having a laundry. The gym was less inviting since it’s in the basement with no windows although there is a very large TV. I was so long so the studio suited me fine but it would be very small for any more than one person
This was a great last minute find. Our other booking fell through so this was a last minute find. The location could not have been better. The unit was in very good condition and they met my disability needs. The check-in was different for us an a little complicated - all automated. The cooktop gave us problems as turning it on and off was way more complicated than it needed to be. The whole unit was on a main power switch that ran all things electric in the unit. An instruction book, more detailed than what was on the door, would have been helpful. If the burner was hot, you could not turn the stove on again. And there was a third layer of a switch you had to hit before you could use it. Not intuitive at all. However, we would definitely stay in this place again. Great value now that we know how to operate things.

Good location in central Bergen, close to the train station and light rail. The check-in process was difficult as the property asked for my email address in a specific format, which I eventually deduced was with spaces between each character. They also expected me to download their app, but that required my mobile number and for me to message them or email them using a space between each character of their email address. Just too much work! They didn’t send the code for getting into the building, so I had to call them and also needed assistance checking in on their electronic board, which created a keycard. Our room on the second floor smelt of seeerage in the bathroom, as did the corridor outside. Thankfully the manager moved us to another room on the fifth floor, which had a great view,. However, it had a skylight in the bedroom that had no curtain, so we had to wear eye masks to sleep with the midnight sun! Finally, the day after checking out, they messaged to say they hadn’t charged the cleaning fee in the initial booking, so had recouped that - just another indication of the problematic service.
