The location was excellent, right in the center of Bergamo. The interior was cozy and nicely decorated, making us feel at home. The communication with the host was fantastic, and we received all the necessary tips and advice. The self-check-in process was very simple, which relieved any stress about arriving late (we had a late flight). The apartment is very well located in Bergamo, a five-minute walk from the upper town and about a 15-minute walk from the station. There are a couple of great small cafés 30 seconds away and a couple of minutes in the other direction brings you to the Accademia Carrara, a fantastic art gallery. Eliana was a great contact and provided all the necessary info to find the key and then find the apartment within the palazzo before arrival. The apartment itself is generously large, clean, fresh and a delight to stay in. I hope to be visiting Bergamo again and I will definitely be staying here if I can! ##### David V. We stayed for 4 nights, which was perfect to explore the city and regions around. When we arrived, Eliana was there to welcome us and we checked in easily. Her and her sister gave us great recommendations of things to do and where to eat. When we were looking for scooters to rent, Eliana called the rental place for us (we don't speak Italian) which was great service. She was extremely helpful to us and so sweet. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable and clean. It is well located between the Cita Alta and cita Bassa, which means that the street can get a bit loud so if you are a light sleeper, close the windows or maybe bring ear plugs. Kitchen has everything you need. All the cooking and breakfast basics are provided...so no need to shop for tea or coffee on first day. Location is fantastic, between the old citta alta and modern town. All the rooms are facing a little cobble street so car sounds can be a bit loader on cobble stones. (The windows are double glazed). It's very comfortable, very well prepared accommodation. It is obvious there is a lot of love and care here. Very frequent bus service nearby (100 metres) that zips you around towns (upper and lower). Get a multi-day ticket. No car needed unless you are travelling outside of town. Great local bars in tiny plaza nearby (50 metres) for coffee, drinks, snack. ##### Carla P. The place is lovely, super clean, very well furnished. Even better than in pictures! You have plenty of space both in the living/kitchen room and in the bedroom. Also the bathroom was wonderful, and the shower is huge! So comfortable! Eliana was a perfect host, she was able to answer any question and totally helpful during our stay! The building and the street are very quiet and charming. Easy parking, plenty of nice coffee bar and restaurants near the house! I would definitely recommend this place! ##### Camilla C.
