Has water, electricity, Air Conditioning, a refrigerator, stove top and cooking stove, shower and other basic necessities. The camper is several feet from the house so you will have your own privacy. Our dogs had a blast and so did we. We were there for a wedding in Frankfort and didn’t have time to use hot tub, but it’s right next to the camper and looked like a good time.
