Inside was clean, outside could use some tlc. We understand it is on a lake but it could use some work. There are a lot of stairs to the dock which was a tough walk however that appeared normal when looking at all the other properties. All the childrens games and toys were greatly appreciated!!! At our stay they had every kitchen appliance you would need. There is a Dollar General just up the road.

Overall the stay was nice . We enjoyed the location and wished we had brought our boat or kayaks to enjoy the lake . The only negative about our stay was the outside patio furniture was in a need of a good cleaning . I understand keeping them clean with the trees would be hard but we felt there was no effort in trying to keep them clean and usable .

Wonderful getaway!

This house was perfect for our family. The downstairs bunk room was a hit with our kiddos as well as the “kids corner” in the living room with toys and a fun arcade game. They also had an impressive variety of board games perfect for a family game night. We loved the area and it’s a convenient spot for great mom and pop restaurants as well as playgrounds and parks for the little ones. We will be back!

Kentucky Lake Fishing

Very nice property and good location. No complaints about this property. Would have been nice if the ice maker worked beings we used alot of ice for our fish. A deep freezer would be a nice additive to the property to store our fish through out the week. Thanks to our neighbor for renting us his golf cart to commute from the dock to the house bc that hill would be a bear packing a cooler up and down daily. No complaints and hope to rent again in the future. for renting our

very nice and roomy

Overall great place for my family. Lots of room and cozy. I would possibly go back. If there was any negative: the trip to the dock is long and steep and a cart would have been good to haul the gear, coolers, etc back and forth. It would have been nice to have the leaves blown off the deck as we could not find a broom and I got my family member to bring a leaf blower who was arriving a day later. There is not much light after dark on the lake side and deck, other than if you built a fire in the fire pit. Summer night cornhole games are fun for us. Other than these, it was a lovely place, held my adult family of 8 and we were not tripping over each other. Dock was very nice. --M

Peaceful get away

The house was spacious and the kitchen was perfect to cook in. The dock was nice to keep our Tritoon in and we didn’t have to worry about taking it in and out every day. We enjoyed the deck and fire pit. We had fun playing the arcade also. I haven’t played Packman in a while. We plan on coming back in the future.

Great lake house!

This lake house was the perfect stay for me and some friends of mine. We brought the boat down and the place had a large dock to accommodate our boat. The whole place from the dock to the house was very clean and kept up. The owners were GREAT to work with and helped with anything we needed! Would definitely recommend this to others wanting a nice quote stay on the lake with family and friends!

The house was very quiet and nice. Neighborhood was lovely. The dock was exceptional. Only draw back were the steep stairs and path to the lake. We ended up renting a golf cart for the multiple trips back and forth.

Very Comfortable and Great Amenities

The house was very clean and comfortable for our group of six. We were visiting family in the area and enjoyed having the fireplace, video gaming system and foosball table for indoor amenities. The owners were very responsive and easy to work with for the reservation and check-in process.

Fun place to stay if you enjoy swimming, fishing, boating, wildlife watching, campfires, and porch sitting. The location was beautiful. The house was roomy and well equipped with plenty to do inside too. Communication with the property owner was pleasant and prompt. We will definitely rent again.

Wonderful vacation!

Our family vacation this year was at the Cove. Had a wonderful time. The kitchen was furnished with every pot/pan/appliance one would need. The sleeping arrangement worked out great for the 7 of us. The Wi-Fi was wonderful which allowed our daughter to work remotely. The house was clean and set in a quiet cove. The grandkids really enjoyed the swim dock and my husband was glad the boat slip was covered. Quite the walk to get to the dock but we did get our steps in! The host was fantastic! He was very prompt with responding to our questions and gave us great suggestions on places near by. Kentucky Lake is beautiful! Don't pass this place up!!

Wonderful relaxing week

We couldn't of asked for a better rental for our vacation. The house is located in a perfect location on the lake and on land. Spacious for all 9 of us. We enjoyed the fire pit to make s'mores and the comfy sectional to watch movies. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of linens on hand to use. The dock was exceptional for fun in the sun and the boat slip was nice and spacious! Enjoyed every bit of it!
