At 6 km is the center of Moraira and Calpe where you can enjoy all kinds of amenities such as restaurants, bars and shops while enjoying the sea views. May-10 is a pleasant villa with panoramic views of orange fields. It offers parking for 2 cars at the entrance and the house is built on two levels. On the first floor, we find a large living room with SAT+TV+A/C, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table and views of the orange trees, then there is a bedroom with two single beds and A/C, a shower room and another double bedroom with A/ C and private bathroom. In addition to a shaded terrace at the same level, surrounded by a small garden. The ground floor is accessed by both internal and external stairs. The ground floor has a large living room with TV + A/C and kitchen included, two double bedrooms and one with two single beds, all three share a bathroom with shower. The exit to the pool terrace is through a covered porch, perfect for daily coffee in the morning while enjoying beautiful views. Also, there is a stone table in the middle of the tropical garden. From the parking place we go down some stairs that lead to a spacious terrace with a chill-out and barbecue, sun loungers and a private pool, an outdoor shower and a WC, all surrounded by beautiful palm trees. Casa May has central heating to enjoy the winter seasons as well. The charming proximity to the beach, together with the comfort of the Villa will make you not want to return home after the holidays.
