A nice flat is rented less than 400 metres from Levante beach (Benidorm), this one-bedroom apartment with a full bathroom, independent kitchen and glazed terrace is ideal for a couple who want to enjoy holidays with all services around them.   
  
The property is rented fully furnished, and includes parking and communal swimming pool.
