Points faibles : Service et personnel #### Nice hotel, weird customer-terrorising staff First of all: the room and ensuite bathroom were spotless, great wifi and good location. Airport pick up was confusing, but worked out in the end. The hotel staff, however, drove me insane. They called every morning for breakfast - multiple times, and also called for many other unimportant things and sent staff to incessantly ring on my room door any time of day or night. On the other hand, they never picked up the phone when I did call. The worst, however, is that they refused me many services and tried to force others onto me, e.g. simply calling a taxi and booking a sightseeing tour instead. Taxi booked in the end was still way overpriced and the driver pushy. Not a place to stay for western tourists. ##### Voyageur vérifié ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Morimori, Japan 23 févr. 2012 Points forts : Service et personnel Points faibles : Propreté #### まあまあかな 部屋について、パッと見た感じはシンプルでいい感じだけど、よく見るとあまり清潔でない部分もありました。寝具がたばこくさいのが気になりました。マットレスもスプリングのごつごつが直接体に伝わるほどくたびれていて、寝心地はよくありませんでした。 でも、WiFiも快適に使えますし、お湯もたっぷり出るし、朝食もついているので、料金には見合っていると思いました。24時間チェックアウトも助かりました。 ##### Morimori ### 8/10 – Bien #### Karen, Chile 13 janv. 2012 Points forts : Propreté, service et personnel, état et installations de l’hébergement et confort de la chambre. #### Barato y cerca de mercados baratos y agencias de v La atencion es muy buena, las habitaciones limpias y ordenadas, el servicio a la habitacion es excelente y lo mejor es el precio, si bien no esta cerca del centro, pero es tranquilo para descansar y tomas un mototaxi y llegas a cualquier lado, esta cerca de restaurantes economicos y el barrio esta lleno de ofertas de vuelos, tours y viajes, bastante bueno. ##### Karen ### 8/10 – Bien #### Max, 日本 6 janv. 2012 #### シティ駅やバスターミナルからあるいてすぐ バンガロールシティ駅や隣接のバススタンドから歩ける距離なので何かと便利です。カルナータ州観光開発公団（ＫＳＴＤＣ）までは少し離れていますが、それでも歩いて２０分でした。比較的安価な宿ですが、その割には建物や設備は普通です。お湯も出ますしトイレットペーパーもあります。無線高速ネットも無料。無料の朝食もインド料理だけでなくトーストもあります。 良いことばかりのようですが、少しは難点もあります。まずこの宿を見つけるのは結構難しいです。普通の道沿いというより少し迷路化したところにあるせいか、地元の人に聞いても知っている人が少ないようです。 また地域性のある言葉の問題でその回答が要領をえません。何でも「オポジット」なのですが、何の反対側なのかが聞いても解りません。ブロックの反対側か通りの反対側かも解りません。方向が反対なのかここではなく隣だと言っているのかも解りません。地図で示すのも苦手で身振りで方向と距離や曲がり方を示すのも苦手なようです。何でも「オポジット」なのは他の地域とはちょっと違っています。実はインドの人も迷っているのを見掛けました。 次に苦労したのは、従業員の言葉のレベルです。インドはそんなものだと言ってしまえばそれまでですが、何でも「ＯＫ」です。「これはいくらだ？」と聞いても「ＯＫ］、「ＡかＢかどちらだ？」と聞いても「ＯＫ］です。英語がよく解ってないこともあるでしょうが、それよりたぶん地域的な文化の影響もありそうです。もうすこし英語のできるフロントの人も、例えば「これはいつ受け取れるか？」という質問に対し「帰ってきてからでも受け取れる（ＯＫ）よ」と返事が返してきます。こんな感じで会話がかみ合いません。 バックパッカーが泊まるには高いけれど日本の物価から見れば格安。インドの人の中では結構良い仕事についている人が泊まるレベルの宿なので、インド文化を理解しインフラ整備の遅れに慣れてさえしまえば、結構快適に過ごせます。インドを楽しんでください。 ##### Max ### 4/10 – Médiocre #### Voyageur vérifié 30 oct. 2011 Points faibles : Propreté, état et installations de l’hébergement et confort de la chambre. #### Not worth the money. The location is definitely close to almost all, But not a very clean place to stay. if you're looking for a good one, this is not the one. May be it is reasonable for the busy location there, but too crowded. Had endure the room , bed, bathroom... anyway will not be staying there again. ##### Voyageur vérifié ### 8/10 – Bien #### Lindsay, Iowa, USA 1 août 2011 Points forts : Service et personnel, état et installations de l’hébergement et confort de la chambre. #### Hotel Amshi - reasonable for price The Hotel Amshi has been a perfectly reasonable place to stay while looking for a cost effective choice in a conveniently located neighborhood of Bangalore. Positives: - Location is excellent. The hotel is on a nice and quiet neighborhood side street, but is only a few blocks away from major landmarks and thoroughfares, which makes transit very simple (many autos gather very nearby). - The neighborhood is geared towards travelers; many travel companies, banks, and hotels nearby. - Staff is helpful and very nice. - Consistent hot water, consistent power, and reasonably good wifi connection. -Clean! (some ares could use some paint or the bedspread might be discolored in places, but it is meticulously clean.) - Price Negatives: - There is not a restaurant at this hotel. They do have a large room service menu, but there is not a restaurant at the facility. (you can feel a bit like a shut-in on nights you don't want to go out for food) \*\*\*\* Breakfast is complimentary, and it is dropped off at your room at about 8 every morning. The desk calls to verify that you want breakfast before it is brought to your door (which is usually nice, but not always welcome if the night before was late) - The hallways are all tile, and can become quite noisy when the staff is racing around. Also, the staff appear not to have a place to gather, so they tend to gather in the stairwells/hallways, again, can be noisy. I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks, and while I have stayed at nicer places, the cost (cost for service) of this hotel made it worth my while.
