I liked the friendliness of the staff. Although I liked the “safety”aspect of having to use your hotel key to ride in the elevator, that was negated when I saw hotel staff using their key cards to let in people off the streets to go to the rooftop bar.

Nice place and location, especially if you have a good room. It's expensive but you get good experiance

Amazing hotel in excellent location. We loved our stay and hope to return for another trip to Chicago.
