Mrklov 2 km from Benecko: Beautiful, cosy chalet "Mrklov", 3 storeys, detached, built in 1975, renovated in 2010. In a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 10 m from the edge of the forest, 800 m from the skiing area, in the countryside. Private: property 700 m2, garden with lawn. Pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (swing, sandbox). In the house: trampoline, central heating system. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 400 m, bus stop "Benecko-Štěpanická Lhota/u lomu" 100 m, railway station "Hrabačov" 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 7 km, indoor swimming pool 4 km. Tennis 4 km, cycle lane 700 m, cable car 800 m, ski lift 200 m, chair lift, slopes 300 m, ski rental 800 m, ski school 1 km, children's ski school 1 km, cross country ski track 2 km, children's playground 2 km. Nearby attractions: rozhledna Sovinec 4 km, Jilemnice 6 km, Vrchlabí 9 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Benecko 2 km, Herlíkovice 11 km, Špindlerův Mlýn 19 km. Hiking paths: Bucharova cesta 1 km.

Upper floor: living room. 1 room with 1 double bed. Exit to the balcony. Kitchen (oven, 4 gas rings, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. 2nd upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 bed (60 cm, length 150 cm), 1 double bed (160 cm). 2 balconies, south facing position, patio. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful view of the countryside and the forest. Facilities: baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Suitable for families. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed.
