Beautiful home. Wonderful neighborhood and setting. Good communication before and at check-in. Would absolutely come again and recommend to others. Did report 2 issues on last day and did not receive a response (problem w ice maker and oven). We were able to make do but hope they fix it for next guest.

This house needs a thorough cleaning. Lightswitches, door knobs, kitchen cabinets - all dirty. Had to clean out the filter in the dishwasher as the smell was noticeable. Grill was also dirty. Carpets need to be cleaned.For what we paid here, with no amenities included, not acceptable. I also tried to communicate with the host that the garage door was not locking, and we asked for assistance, but did not receive a reply

March family gathering

The property was clean and spacious. We booked here because of the 4 bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom. The kitchen is well-stocked and the open floor plan was great. The hot tub was clean and communication with property manager was timely and attentive. Be advised that this new construction has very thin walls and sound carries easily. Also, there was only one key for our group; a keyless entry would be preferable.

Two weeks over the Holidays

We had 3 couples, 1 single adult, and 2 young children, 6 months and 30 months old. My wife and i stayed for 2 weeks and the rest came in and out for shorter periods of time, with everyone there for about a week. we like the house itself, and the location is close to mt bachelor and Bend and plenty of hiking and snow shoeing trails and restaurants in Bend. Others in our group had stayed in the community before...we enjoyed it very much.

Spacious accommodation

We had a nice stay at this property. It is spacious and in a convenient area. The resort restaurants are walkable and there's a playground behind the home which was convenient for children. There were a few maintenance issues, but the property manager responded right away and resolved the same day. If you have small children, I do recommend bringing an extendable baby gate as the kitchen/living space is on the second floor and the stairs are quite high.

Everything was as advertised and the property manager was very responsive. We needed a few more plates to host a family dinner and they were delivered about 4 hrs after we requested. Great service.

Expensive, but nice property

Our family of 4 adult couples enjoyed the house. Very spacious, well appointed, nice quality house. The only thing we'd change is the 2 twin beds in one of the bedrooms - having the ability to have a queen bed would be helpful. Communication with the property manager was very responsive.

Loved the fact each bedroom had its own bathrooms it was very accommodating for us group of 10. The gate code was a little confusing when we tried to leave at 8pm, then we asked a neighbor after not being able to get ahold of anyone and they said there was another entrance we could get through

Gorgeous property!

We loved our stay here and were extremely happy with the overall process! Even when we noticed a small leak in the dishwasher, the management team sent someone super quick to check it out. This home is stunning and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would absolutely come back again

Beautiful home and location, details lacking

I brought a corporate group here for a retreat and overall we had a great time. There were a number of small items that needed attention. Mainly, the upstairs air conditioner did not work, so our main living/social space had no A/C during 90 degree weather. There were also other small issues (wine glasses missing, coffee pot not clean, no extra pillows/comforter for the den room, jet in the hot tub sprayed straight up). To the credit of the management compy, they worked on every request we had in a timely manner, and when they couldn't fix the A/C, they provided a discount. The house was spacious, the outdoor space was lovely (could use more furniture for a group of 10, which is what the house holds), we enjoyed the grill, and the many company was incredibly quick to respond to any issues that came up. I think that a lot of the details can and will be updated. Overall the weekend was a success, and everyone enjoyed the house.

Property not well-maintained. Air conditioner does not work on 2nd floor. Dishwasher too worn to hold plates erect. Broken latches on windows and blinds. Broken sprinkler by jacuzzi.
